Two-day Online Masterclass on ‘The Hero’s Journey’ by Anshuma Kshetrapal in June 2022. (Using Campbell’s hero journey as a tool to help participants access internal and external resources to identify personal goals and obstacles to realise their personal strength)
Online Masterclass on ‘Bridging Research and Practice in Arts Therapies’ by Dr. Supritha Aithal from Edge Hill University, United Kingdom in April 2021. (An interactive session on different research methodologies used in Arts Therapies. Along with the philosophical foundation to research, participants were invited to draw and co-create knowledge from examples in Arts Therapies)
Five-day Workshop for Continuing Rehabilitation Education on ‘Dance & Movement for Special Needs Populations’ by Preetha Ramamsubranain at Vidyasagar for Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Chennai in May 2020. (An experiential workshop for staff who learned to use movement to improve cognitive, social, emotional and physical aspects of the self, to design lesson plans to enhance creativity and expression of self in populations with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Intellectual Disability)

One month hybrid Course on ‘Holding: Upskilling Supervision’ by Stavroulla Demetriou from Cambridge School of Creative Industries, Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom, August 2023. (The course was designed to train mental health professionals to reflect and grow in their supervisory capacity. Supervision reinforces accountability and ethical responsibility. The course deliberated on creative methods in supervision, ethical dilemmas, optimal client care and reflecting on one's own processes when engaged in a supervisory position)
Hybrid training Programme on ‘Arts Based Therapies’ by Preetha Ramasubramanian for Mental Health Professionals at Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF), Chennai between 2020-2021. (The programme was designed based on the issues faced by mental health professionals while working with different age groups and conditions)
Drama Therapy Masterclass on ‘Embodying Ramayana: Exploring the Dramas Within’ by Dr. Bruce Bayley at Artsphere in Pune, January 2020. (Through the use of Tribhuvan approach in Drama Therapy, participants simultaneously explored three areas: being, Conscious Soul Development, and Renewal of the ego and persona in the Dramas of everyday life through the narratives in Ramayana)
Drama Therapy Masterclass on ‘Journeys in Healing and Transformation’ by Armand Volkas in Bengaluru, December 2019. (Using Drama Therapy and theater tools, the participants were guided to recreate a timeline of their generational history to work through the conflicts and trauma in their cultural and family’s legacy)
Drama Therapy Masterclass on ‘Journeys in Healing and Transformation’ by Dr Nisha Sajnani in Bengaluru, December 2019. (Using the tools of Developmental Transformation (DVT), a space was created where free and creative play could allow for the unconscious to come to the fore and reveal itself. DVT emphasizes connection, co-regulation, playing with others and most importantly, creating a ‘play space’)
